Product conversion is catalog-grounded Reconstruction Engine v4: freeze the BOM before any 3D, never invent Element IDs, emit LDraw + a BrickMorph JSON twin, then fail red QA gates instead of guessing. Christmas Train 40138 is the retail retrieved-model benchmark. PDF-to-3D placement remains a bounded 4-step fixture with per-axis scores.

- 40138 Christmas Train — retrieved OMR model (Philo, CCAL 2.0), 227 imported instances, author STEP commands. Advertised 233. Inventory diffs are listed; the set is not marked validated. Pitch/roll from the OMR file is stored as a quaternion and shown in the viewer — no longer flattened to yaw.
- 10300 Back to the Future Time Machine — set identification works. No permitted assembled .mpd is bundled. The LDraw Official Model Repository has no 10300-1.mpd. Outstanding dependency: a compatible assembled model for the 2022 Icons configuration, with license to redistribute. 21103 is a different set and is not used as a stand-in.
