How BrickMorph works
Building instructions flatten a real model into a stack of small drawings. That is fine when the set is simple. It gets hard when bags pile up and every step looks like the last one. BrickMorph takes that booklet and rebuilds the finished model in 3D, so you can see where each piece goes instead of guessing from the page.
You start with the booklet
Upload a PDF of the instructions, or photos of the pages. The cover, the parts list, and the numbered steps are all useful. You do not need to crop or label anything first.
BrickMorph reads it like a builder
The cover is the finished toy, not a step. The parts list is what came in the box. Each numbered drawing is the next handful of pieces, in order. Bags, spare parts, and stickers are noted when they show up. If a piece on the page cannot be identified with confidence, it is flagged for a second look rather than filled in silently.
A 3D model is put on the table
Those pieces are placed in space so the completed build sits in front of you, not as another flat picture. Official parts lists, when we have them, keep the colors and counts honest. The model is there to match the booklet, not to invent extra bricks.
Then you explore
Rotate and zoom. Pull the model apart. Rewind to an empty plate, then step forward and watch pieces land. Click any brick to see its name, color, and which step added it. Highlight one part type across the whole build, or hide everything else and study a single connection.
Keep builds on a shelf
Demos are free to try. Sign in with Google if you want scans saved to your account and grouped into libraries. BrickMorph was built to help the community and shall always remain free.
Still in development
This is an early, experimental preview. Reading a set number and opening a known demo is already useful. Rebuilding a brand-new booklet from the drawings alone is harder, and it is still being improved. Try the demos today, and treat a fresh scan as a starting point you can inspect and correct.
